In the location of “Raškov brijeg – Ljuta”, within “Detailed Urban Plan Dobrota”, the construction of luxury buildings – tourist settlement (luxury villas, hotel complex, condo hotel, etc.) is planned. It is full ownership (1/1) without encumbrances or restrictions of any kind and covers the area of 10,624m2.
Out of the aforementioned area two units are ready for building.
