Description
About the project
The Barrio Letrán Master Plan is contemplated as a mixed-use development that will include a shopping center, apartments and a multifamily. The project incorporates a P.A.T.R. (Revocable Temporary Administrative Permit) for Nezahualcoyotl Street, transforming it into a pedestrian street full of art, boutiques, restaurants and temporary exhibitions.
The shopping center will have three floors and an open layout that invites customers from outside. Designed to become a lifestyle hub, it will have open boutiques, restaurants, entertainment, services and galleries. This large space will become the promenade of the complex with green areas and bodies of water that will give a differentiating touch to the shopping and visiting experience.
The materials and formats to be used in its finishes and coatings have been proposed based on the maintenance of the traditional architecture of the historic center, with great appeal to its users.
It will have two 17-story towers each for Multifamy with amenities such as a business center, gym, games room, bathrooms, party room, games for children, among others.
In addition, there will be two 16-story and 12-story residential towers with 580 residential units, and these will offer services such as a business center, gym, game room, bathrooms, among others.
