HORIZON is a complex of modern A + energy class 9 and 16 storey apartment buildings in the panorama of Vilnius, Viršuliškės.
In the first stage, a 9-storey “B” building was built, which is equipped with 48 apartments, 3 administrative premises, and 75 parking spaces in the underground parking lot.
A total of 152, 1-4 rooms, 28-85 sq.m. m apartments. Administrative premises are located on the ground floors. Car parking - in a two-storey underground parking lot.
The house is built of high-quality and durable prefabricated reinforced concrete constructions, warm three-glazed six-chamber windows are installed, geothermal heating is installed, and an individual recuperation system is installed in each apartment. Economical LED lighting is installed in the common areas. The territory of the house is planted, fenced, a children's playground is installed. To ensure the safety of the population, access control has been installed, as well as video surveillance cameras in the staircase, underground and territory.
