Scandinavian investors (especially from Norway) will invest in Lithuania and other Baltic real estate markets, which have only recently began to recover from the stagnation, reports LETA. Investment will also put representatives of the Common wealth of Independent States (CIS).
Scandinavians will develop real estate market in Lithuania over the next 2-3 years. It is expected that in 2013 the real estate trade volume will be at least 1 billion litas (289.6 million euros). Such forecasts were presented by financial and real estate consulting company Newsec /Re & Solution.
