A new block will be built in Kaunas

In the center of Kaunas, the renovation of the dairy complex of Kaunas on King Mindaugas Avenue has began. It was designed in the first quarter of the twentieth century, reports ee24.com citing ru.delfi.lt.

Implementation of the project will take three years and require about 25 million litas (€7.6 million) investment. It is expected that square meter in the complex will cost at least 3,500 litas (€1,000).

Experts note that the updated block will be the most valuable industrial architecture complex of our time, not only in Kaunas, but also in Lithuania. It was noted that the dairy factory moved from the complex six years ago.

It is planned to create one area of 20-30 sq.m apartments in the first building of the complex. The flat area of about 50 sq.m will be organized in the second building. The third building is planned to be divided into ten two-storey villas, each of which will have an area of 80 sq.m.
