About the project
The coastal district, as a separate part of the Moscow suburb, began to form during the construction of the Island Bridge in the 1970s, and is now becoming one of the liveliest and most intense neighborhoods in Riga. The territory between the South and Island bridges, which is marked on the one hand by Daugava and Krasta Street, and on the other hand by Maskavas Street, is called the Coastal District. Along with the construction of an active shopping center, as well as offices and residential buildings, the infrastructure of the neighborhood and its recreation and entertainment opportunities are being developed, making the Coastal District an enticing home.
About home
The coastal quarter will be the most suitable home for those who appreciate the closeness of nature and the possibility to easily get to any part of the city in a short time. In the quarter between Kojusala, Maskavas, Grēdu streets and Krīdenera dams, a modern and green Scandinavian, green and well-equipped residence is being built for more than a thousand Rigans.
The construction of the project started in 2018 - it is being implemented in several stages, allowing the future residents to choose the most suitable housing in terms of area, layout, level of finishing and price. The first two houses of the project have already been put into operation and are waiting for their new occupants. In total, in the fenced area, which will be equipped with a modern video surveillance system, it is planned to build six nine-storey buildings with 500 apartments, as well as to green and improve the large area around the house. The apartments on the upper floors have a great view of the Daugava and the city at any time of the year.
