ZUND City Gardens homes will be styled in light, natural tones and resemble ships that seem to have docked for a moment on the side of the canal, while, in fact, the buildings will be modern, integral and solid as a symbol of long-term stability and security, an incentive to invest in the future by choosing classic and priceless values.
ZUND City Gardens will be the second new project in Latvia implemented by the Estonian company Hausers Grupp. ZUND CITY GARDEN will be erected in a less developed location, surrounded by greenery and water, in Pārdaugava, creating a new residential complex. These new homes on the bank of the Zunda canal will be characterised not only by their appealing location, but also by architecture that is atypical and so far unknown on the Latvian market.
The architecture of the new homes will be characterised by simplicity and clean lines, but the rounded shapes of the buildings and panoramic windows providing a charming view of the old town, as well as the decorative suspended façade system will highlight the architectural form, making the buildings more modern and aesthetically attractive. The new complex has a common and unified concept, but each building has its own, individual design.
