A network of eco-villages, "Grace", located between Riga and Jurmala in the vicinity of Kemer National Park, is constructing in Latvia. The first of the villages, where 9 plots (area of 2500-3300 square meters) is selling, is named in honor of Russian President Vladimir Putin. The eco-village network, which is developed by Latvian firm Vianets, has villages named in honor of the Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Dmitry Medvedev ("Medvedevka"), and in honor of the Russian State Duma deputy and former St. Petersburg heavyweight boxer Nikolai Valuev ("Valuevka").

The villages are located near the rich fish and wildfowl Babites Lake and one of the largest rivers in Latvia, Lielupe. Houses are built on technology Finndomo (Finnish house) by Scandinavian company Omatalo OY for 3-6 months. After purchasing the site you can get a residence permit in Latvia.
