For example, in the 12th microdistrict, located about 1 km from the B-Group residential complex, there are schools No. 21, 17, a day nursery garden No. 53, a medical college, and many shops.
Transport The B-Group residential complex is being built next to modern transport interchanges and highways. Using your own car, you can get to the Avenue of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Primorsky Boulevard and other key city highways in a few minutes.
Architecture and design features The complex consists of four houses with a height of 12 floors each. Buildings are constructed using monolithic technology with the implementation of external walls of aerated concrete blocks. The facades are insulated with mineral wool heat insulator and equipped with hinged ventilated panels made of natural stone. All materials have passed the necessary certification.
