Location
LCD "Olympic" in Nur-Sultan is being built on the Left Bank in the Esilsky district on Turan Avenue - a fairly busy highway. Just 700 meters from the new building is the Astana Arena, and about a kilometer from the Botanical Garden.
What's around
Within a radius of one and a half kilometers there are various shops, supermarkets, cafes, ATMs, pharmacies and a dental clinic, Astana Ballet and several educational institutions - school-lyceum No. 84, lyceum No. 85, and the Academy of Choreography.
Road junction
The nearest stop is 180 meters - traffic on Turan Avenue is organized with an interval of 15-20 minutes. Here bus number 40 runs. Another stop is a 14-minute walk - buses No. 10, 12, 37, 51, 53, 60, 301, 302, 303, 308 and 309 are launched along Kabanbay Batyr Avenue.

Features of the new complex
LCD "Olympic" will consist of four houses ten, fourteen, sixteen and eighteen floors high. Each building will have its own color highlight - olive, raspberry, turquoise and purple.
The new building is being constructed from environmentally friendly materials using technologies that make it possible to achieve the necessary earthquake resistance and good energy efficiency indicators for buildings.
Houses will have a flat non-operating roof. The required strength of the entire structure is provided by a monolithic foundation and a reinforced concrete monolithic frame. External walls are insulated with a durable heat insulator, the facade is lined with decorative plaster and finished with horizontal white decorative belts of aluminum cassettes.
The houses are equipped with low-noise elevators. There are vestibules in the entrances, glazed doors with insulation are installed at the entrance. Each section will have its own design and theme:
- The first entrance is dedicated to tennis of Kazakhstan;
- the second - to football;
- the third - to boxing;
- the fourth - hockey.
Territory inside
Near the buildings are paved driveways and pedestrian walkways. A children’s play area is being arranged on the territory of the house - for children there is a play area with a safe cover and swings, and for older children a skate park is being built for roller skating, scooter and skateboard.
A recreation area equipped with benches is being constructed. For jogging, a treadmill is laid. Particular attention is paid to the arrangement of the sports area - playgrounds with exercise machines, bicycle parking, a tennis court are being built, where you can also play basketball or football.
Indoor above-ground parking is equipped, as well as ground parking for guest transport. On the lower floors of the buildings are objects of urban and its own infrastructure.
About housing
You can buy an apartment in a 1-2-3-4-5-room layout ranging from 41 to 155 m2. In apartments, window blocks of an increased area with energy-saving double-glazed windows are installed. There are both glazed loggias and open balconies.
