The basis of the design is a solid reinforced concrete monolithic foundation and frame, providing the necessary earthquake resistance. The complex is designed in a modern style, allowing it to harmoniously blend into the architectural ensemble of the microdistrict. The walls of the house are constructed of aerated concrete blocks, the outside of the building is lined with a system of a hinged ventilated facade with insulation with a mineral wool heat insulator. Facing is carried out by special Funder Max panels coated with granite and travertine.
The apartment building is equipped with high-speed silent elevators and a modern fire system. At the entrances to the entrances are installed ramps for people with limited mobility, as well as metal doors with intercoms.
