Location
Residential complex "Teremki" in Almaty is being built in Turksib district at the intersection of Seifullin Avenue with Kassina Street. It is a quiet area with the necessary infrastructure and numerous green spaces.
Near the new building is a plot of cottage development. From here one and a half kilometers to the park. Seifullin and 2.5 km to the Baum grove. The industrial zone begins two kilometers away.

In the neighborhood there are grocery stores, cafes and a supermarket, a veterinary clinic, a pharmacy, and the Alash stadium is about 800 meters away.
One and a half kilometers away is the Almaty Railway Hospital, several restaurants, bank branches, and a beauty salon. Architecture and specifications
According to the project, the Teremki residential complex will consist of 27 nine-storey buildings, which are being built taking into account creative design concepts and using advanced technologies. Construction is being carried out in two stages.
The buildings have a flat roof, which is covered with soft roll waterproofing and equipped with internal drainage systems. Reinforced concrete monolithic frame and monolithic foundation provide high seismic resistance of the structure.
The outer walls of the aerated block are insulated with a durable heat insulator. The facade is clad with high quality materials and will have bright accents that will give it an expressive look.
At the entrance to the entrances, glazed doors with thermal insulation are installed. The buildings are equipped with passenger silent comfortable elevators, technological equipment and the necessary utilities that meet modern standards. High-quality interior decoration of halls, corridors and common areas is being carried out.
Beautification
The complex is located on a large territory, where the most comfortable conditions for the leisure of residents and their guests will be created. The buildings form several closed landscaped courtyards, each of which is equipped with playgrounds with swings and slides, as well as cozy recreation areas with benches and gazebos.
Sports zones with outdoor exercise equipment are being built. Arrangement of a fenced field for football and other sports games is planned.
Asphalt driveways are being laid near the houses, a walking area covered with paving slabs is being organized. Trees and ornamental shrubs are planted in the courtyards to enclose the driveways. At night, the area is illuminated by street lamps.
For the temporary parking of guest vehicles, ground parking is being constructed, and an underground parking for residents' cars is being built.
