About location
Residential complex "Posolskiy" in Almaty is being built in the developed Bostandyk district at st. Musabayev, 15 less than two kilometers from the park named after the first president of the Republic of Kazakhstan N.A. Nazarbayev and the Dendropark. A rather busy motorway passes about 600 meters from the new building.
The surroundings of the complex

The large shopping and entertainment complex Mega Alma-Ata, a sushi bar and a cinema "Kazakhfilm" are less than three kilometers away.
Transport infrastructure
A public transport stop is located 740 meters from the new building - buses # 38, # 38A, # 98 and # 119 run along Saina Street. The Moscow metro station is just over five kilometers away, and can be reached by bus # 119.
You can also get to the railway station "Almaty-2" by public transport - the distance is thirteen kilometers. The international airport is 28 kilometers away - a trip by car will take just over half an hour.
Architecture
Posolskiy gorodok residential complex - three elite-class houses, designed taking into account the possibilities of construction technologies. The construction of the complex is carried out in two stages - the first house was commissioned at the end of 2019.
Three-storey buildings are built of bricks, the facade is insulated with a layer of mineral wool, which provides the necessary level of comfort and reduces the cost of housing operation. The cladding is made with high quality travertine. The new building has a flat, exploitable roof - a terrace for relaxation is being set up here.
At the entrances to the entrances, insulated doors with panoramic glazing are installed. A canopy is provided over the porch. Despite the low number of storeys, low-noise elevators are installed in each building. High-quality finishing of common areas is being carried out. The complex is equipped with modern utilities, the necessary technological equipment and an autonomous heating system.
Territory inside
The project provides for the improvement of the local area. The territory of the complex is fenced and closed to outsiders, 24-hour video surveillance cameras are installed.
Recreation areas with benches are being equipped near the new building, flowerbeds are being broken, walking paths lined with paving slabs are being laid, trees and ornamental plants are planted. At night, the area is illuminated by street lamps. An underground parking is being constructed for the residents' cars.
