Features of the new building The residential complex "Amal" consists of a twelve-story comfort class house. At the base of the building is a slab foundation made of monolithic reinforced concrete. The walls, like all supporting structures, are made using monolithic technology, which provides ten points for earthquake resistance. The facade is faced with porcelain stoneware and metal cassettes.
All utilities are connected to the central city networks. The building is equipped with modern engineering systems, a fire extinguishing system and noiseless high-speed elevators.
House territory Next to the new building, driveways and pedestrian paths are laid, covered with paving tiles. Ornamental plants are planted in the courtyard, a safe children's play area and cozy recreation areas for residents are arranged. The area is lit by modern street lights.
A large underground parking is under construction, in which residents will be able to purchase a parking place for a fee. Commercial premises are also allocated for the development of the complex’s own infrastructure.
