About location
Nest Grand residential complex in Almaty is being constructed in the developed Auezov district at the intersection of Saina and Chaliapin streets. In the vicinity of the complex, there are both medium-rise buildings and multi-storey new buildings.
It should be borne in mind that a rather busy highway passes next to the residential complex, and a small industrial enterprise is located a few hundred meters away. Nevertheless, in this part of the district there are many green spaces and squares.

General characteristics of the new building

The walls of buildings are constructed from gas blocks and are insulated with an effective durable heat insulator, which, in combination with energy-saving glazing of windows, provides high heat and sound insulation characteristics of housing. The facade is faced with facing bricks.
