The Moscow metro station is 2.5 km away - it will take less than half an hour to get there by bus # 34.
At a distance of four kilometers is the Sairan bus station, and ten kilometers to the Almaty-2 railway station.
Architecture and specifications
Residential complex "Navoi 3.0" is a house of variable number of storeys, consisting of six sections. The total building area will be 1.57 hectares.
The new building will have a flat roof covered with roll waterproofing. During construction, environmentally friendly materials are used. The reinforced concrete monolithic frame provides high structural strength and nine-point seismic resistance. The facade is insulated with a durable heat insulator - the energy efficiency indicators of the new house meet modern requirements.
All the windows in the apartments have energy-saving glazing - their increased area ensures good illumination of the rooms. Partial glazing of loggias is provided.
Freight and passenger lifts are installed in each section. The house is equipped with the necessary technical equipment, and utilities, including the heating system, are connected to the central networks of the city.
The common areas will fully comply with the LCD concept - their interior is decorated in light colors that reflect sunlight and give a feeling of greater spaciousness.
