The individual housing units, of about 100 square meters each, consist of a living area (open space), 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, hallway and closet. The strong point is the generous living terrace (30sqm) with two additional balconies. Since it is still a property in the final phase of construction, the finishes inside the units can be chosen at the customer's discretion.
