Description
Characteristic country house of about 130 sqm + 2 outbuildings for a total of about 33 sqm, located in a hilly and panoramic area, about 8 km from Todi, renovated, with the use of quality materials. In the restructuring we were used: the ancient terracotta floors and ceilings, wooden beams, originating tiles for the roof. They were new facts: systems, fixtures, some floors, plus the external work of the building. There is the possibility of an eventual expansion of 100 sqm above ground + basement + porches and terraces. In the case in which, the construction of the house will be built in class A, the possibility exists to add additional 25% of the permitted surface. The land is of about 10000 with well and oven. All services are to be connected in close proximity.
