Description
Characteristic apartment of about 35 sq.m. + small mezzanine + subscale space to heat local use, situated in a small village about 12 km from Todi, finely renovated using quality materials. They were remade: roof, installations, wooden window frames with double thermal glass, bathroom and kitchenette with a fireplace. In the upper part of the stay it was created a wooden loft. The apartment is on the first floor, with access from external staircase, comprises: living room with kitchenette and fireplace, bedroom and bathroom. Heating is autonomous. This property reflects the pleasure of a stay in the tranquility of a typical village, full of its traditions.
