Hamad bin Jassim al-Thani bought for € 52,500 000 luxury hotel in Taormina with management rights. Previously, the hotel was owned by the company Acqua Marcia. Now it is in the process of liquidation.
The luxurious 5-star hotel is located near the city center. Its territory is decorated with splendid gardens with orange trees, jasmine and roses.
Besides purchased by former emir Hotel San Domenico, another 5 hotels of Acqua Marcia are put up for sale (at a more modest price). For example, Hotel Le Palme has to be sold for € 22.406 000.
