Florence and Bologna showed highest increase in housing sales

In Q3 2014, Italian real estate market showed signs of recovery after a long recession. Agenzia Entrate Company fixed growth in home sales on an annualized basis in many Italian cities, the ee24.com reports citing ansa.it.

There were 207,000 transactions made on the real estate market in Italy, which is 3.6% more than in 2013. Demand for retail spaces (+9%) and at houses (+4.1%) has increased while the offices are sold less (-2%).
