Andrea Bocelli deals with houses sale

The famous tenor Andrea Bocelli and his brother Alberto, deal with reconstruction and the subsequent sale of houses in their native land, in the village of Lajatico, Tuscany, Italy, according to ee24.com citing aplaceinthesun.com.

Apartments in several houses with a communal pool, priced at €232-626 thousand will be sold by real estate agency from London. Property should attract buyers not only by famous name, but also by convenient location of the village: it is halfway between Rome and Milan (in 200 km away from both cities), only 50 km from Florence, 30 km from the coast of the Ligurian Sea and the Pisa Airport.

Specialists of the real estate agency explained that customers who wish to renovate old houses on their own, face difficulties in obtaining permits. In this case, the repair was made by developer before sale.
