This luxury house is located in the countryside Bucine, near Arezzo, in Tuscany.

3. Manor in Cortona – €23.5 million

Another luxury property in Tuscany includes a large park with an area of 7.5 hectares, the main manor house (950 sq. m), a small church, several rural and residential buildings, including a lemonarium (220 sq. m) and a small hotel with 12 bedrooms. The complex is located in the ancient town of Cortona, near such cities as Florence, Arezzo, Siena and Perugia.

4. Villa in Positano – €21.5 million

A property overlooking the Tyrrhenian Sea in the town of Positano (Campania region) is estimated at €21.5 million and is in the fourth place in the ranking of the most luxury properties. Its area is 2000 sq. m, there are only 30 rooms. There is no direct access to water, as the complex of buildings is located at the rocky cliff.

5. Villa at the Lake Como – €19 million
