Rating of the most expensive residential houses in Italy for sale right now has been complied. The study showed that the crisis has not become a hindrance for the segment of luxury housing on the Apennine peninsula. 1. Manor in Florence – €48 million
A beautiful view of Florence opens from the windows of the palace with area of 3,800 sq. m (plus a terrace of 400 sq. m) in the Renaissance-style. Some halls in the Rococo style will allow having lavish parties, and at the entrance to the garden with area of 18 hectares there is a small copy of the statue of David.
2. Castle near Arezzo – €35 million
A castle (main house) with area of 1,500 sq. m, built in the late XIX – early XX centuries, a complex of residential buildings (additional 3,500 sq. m), vineyards and a park (total area of 15,000 sq. m) are included in such a high price. This luxury house is located in the countryside Bucine, near Arezzo, in Tuscany.
3. Manor in Cortona – €23.5 million
Another luxury property in Tuscany includes a large park with an area of 7.5 hectares, the main manor house (950 sq. m), a small church, several rural and residential buildings, including a lemonarium (220 sq. m) and a small hotel with 12 bedrooms. The complex is located in the ancient town of Cortona, near such cities as Florence, Arezzo, Siena and Perugia.
4. Villa in Positano – €21.5 million
A property overlooking the Tyrrhenian Sea in the town of Positano (Campania region) is estimated at €21.5 million and is in the fourth place in the ranking of the most luxury properties. Its area is 2000 sq. m, there are only 30 rooms. There is no direct access to water, as the complex of buildings is located at the rocky cliff.
5. Villa at the Lake Como – €19 million
In the fourth place there is a villa at the Lake Como for €19 million. The 3-storey building with area of 5,325 sq. m has 54 bedrooms. Part of the premises, of course, is intended for commercial use (as a hotel, plus on the territory there are 20 parking lots).
