A company of Kildare Partners brokered by JLL as a consultant has sold the Le Méridien in the center of Munich for €158 million. The acquirer was a German investment fund DEKA l, ee24.com informs citing jll.eu.

This transaction was the largest in the hospitality industry in Germany for the past 17 years. The former leader was the Sheraton Hotel Frankfurt Airport with 1020 rooms.

The 5-star hotel of Le Méridien Munich, built in 2002, is located in the heart of Munich, opposite the city railway. There are 381 rooms, a spa, a private courtyard, meeting rooms and a restaurant. The total area of ​​the object – 26,200 sq.m, where 3,800 sq.m – retail and offices.
