Description
About the project
The Derzbachhof in Munich-Forstenried was built in 1751. Today it's the oldest farmhouse in Munich. After 40 years of vacancy, it's now being refurbished in accordance with heritage-listed building regulations and the courtyard property is being expanded with the addition of a contemporary residential building. In the middle of Forstenried's village centre and surrounded by a large garden, the new Derzbachhof project is creating a varied mix of modern apartments for families, couples and people of all generations. An ensemble of old and new, town and country – a landmark full of life.
