About the project
In the summer of 2021, the creation of an apartment building with a total of 6 residential units including an underground car park will begin in Munich-Sendling.
Start of construction around summer/autumn 2021 - ready for occupancy around the end of 2022.
The residential building will be built brick by brick according to the energy efficiency specifications of EnEV 2014/2016. The developer is NOVEL GmbH.
