About the project
These townhouses along Sadelerstraße are designed and realized according to the plans of Munich architectural firm LMT3 Architekten, which was founded in 2005. For these upscale properties at Sadelerstrasse 27–31, eight terraced houses with direct access to the underground car park were designed by LMT3.
The architects are reinterpreting the classic saddle roofed building typical of the area by rotating the ridge direction and dividing and structuring the building volume by sloping facade surfaces. As a result, the townhouses blend in harmoniously with their surroundings and at the same time impress with their modern and unique architecture.
This iconic architecture expresses an individual, absolutely high-quality and sustainable attitude to life, redefining urban living.
