Transactions with the Russians decreased by 25% in Finland

The Russians have less bought real estate in Finland in 2014. The number of transactions for the year was less than 300, before the average annual figure was 400 transactions. The worst month for Finnish realtors was April 2014, the ee24.com portal informs citing yle.fi.

For comparison, the peak property sales in Finland for the Russians was recorded in 2008 with 784 transactions (232 – in the region of South Karelia). For comparison, in 2014 there were less than 100 deals conducted in South Karelia (mainly land and cottages).
