Finland: deals with the Russians have been reduced

In 2012 the Russians concluded about 430 real estate transactions in Finland. It's 40 fewer transactions than was committed in 2011. Most often the Russians bought homes in South Karelia - about 40% of all transactions, reports  Fontanka.fi with reference to Helsingin Sanomat.

The cheapest plot was bought in Imatra for just a few hundred euros. The most expensive purchase was a house in Luumiaki acquired for €1.1 million. In 2012 the Russians bought a house in Finland on the average for €100,000.
