The current owners of failed "Krenholm", Narva Gate OÜ company, plans to build a new area of the city on the former factory territory.
According to Jaanus Mikka, executive director of Narva Gate OÜ company territory of 30 hectares area, is planned to be parceled out according to a new ambitious project. On the territory of former textile giant new owners are going to build important center of Narva with residential buildings, variety of cultural and entertainment facilities, shopping centers and even science park.
