Since time when Lennon has purchased the house, it has increased in value in 700 times. The musician bought it in 1964 for €24 thousand, and today it's offered already for €16.4 million (£13.5 million). This is due to the huge historical value of the residence, where Lennon has written "I Feel Fine", "Ticket to Ride", "Norwegian Wood", "I Am the Walrus" and other hits.
