Now everyone can fulfil a fantasy and get his own railway station. Rustic stone house in the UK next to railways was put up for sale for £425 thousand (€537 thousand), reports ee24.com citing telegraph.co.uk.
Tim and Jill Winterton, who own the house for the past 40 years, have decided to put it up for sale. Their daughter Shane says that parting with this property comes with sad feelings: "It was the most magical place to enjoy the childhood."
The buyer will plunge into the atmosphere of rural England, go back to the beginning of the XX century, when the trains were here the most important transportation linking a small mining town and the coast. However, after an underground station was sold in London, the current proposal is no surprise.
