Super mansion in London's prestigious Knightsbridge will be sold for £287 million (approximately €357 million). It consists of two adjacent Georgian buildings constructed in the 1840s. Agents say that the object can be divided into parts or a single super-house of the two combined. The building may be the most expensive property in London, according to mirror.co.uk and standard.co.uk.
The two buildings are located at 13-14 Prince's Gate near Kensington Road and Hyde Park with area of 2,787 and 1,022 sq.m, respectively (30,000 and 11,000 sq.f). The 14 Prince's Gate house was formerly occupied the US Embassy: in the 1930s Kennedy family lived here, whose head Joseph was US ambassador to Great Britain, and his son John Fitzgerald became the 35th president of the United States in the future.
