About the project
A total of 139 modern apartments in layouts 1 + kk, 2 + kk, 3 + kk and 4 + kk with a size from 37 to 119 m2 will be located in eight mountain huts. The apartments will be offered as fully equipped including kitchen, furniture and all interior fittings. Each apartment has one underground parking space and a cellar to store seasonal equipment. The other two separate buildings will be reserved for the services of a first-class mountain hotel - reception, concierge services, wellness & spa, breakfast lounge, restaurant with wine bar or own bakery.
Following the example of successful projects implemented in alpine resorts in Austria, Germany or Switzerland, the lease will enable the sustainability of a wide range of services and an interesting return on investment at a time when the apartments will not be occupied by their owners. The rental of the units will be provided by a professional hotel operator and will not bring any worries to the owners. Rental income can be expected after the first year of operation.
