About the project
In a quiet part of Líšeň on Ondráčkova Street, a stone's throw from the picturesque corners of the Mariánské údolí Valley, we are preparing an attractive project of the Sunny Valley Villa. The architecturally unique building with excellent roof terraces will offer housing in a total of 9 residential units with layouts from 1 + kk to 4 + kk.
Its location provides an attractive combination of housing with good access to the city center, civic amenities and yet within reach of greenery. The villas are optically divided into several parts, which creates inner courtyards and atriums between the individual apartments. There are 10 parking spaces in the house. From the beginning, we have placed emphasis on apartment insulation and energy savings, which are supported by the use of the latest materials and technologies. The floor heating in the whole apartment, which will be provided by a gas boiler, deserves special attention. This superior standard is complemented by code locks, aluminum windows, wooden floors and other modern elements. The exteriors were not left out either.
