About the project
The Nový Obzor project copies the floor plans of the former Obzor shopping center, which was built in 1968 on the design of architect Viktor Rudiš.
The complex will include the existing public atrium with a statue of the Dead Bird by Ladislav Martínek.
The atrium gets a new, modern look. The area planted with greenery offers a place for relaxation.
The whole project will include commercial units for rent, which will ensure comfortable living with available services not only to the new residents of this project.
