About the project
The 142 Radlická development project was set up in Radlice. The authors of the project are architects Jan Šestak and Marek Dale, with whom Strabag as has collaborated. The new building is located in Prague 5 between Malvazinka and Radlicka streets. The ES building is divided into administrative and residential parts. The residential part contains 35 non-standard residential units from 1 + kk to two-story maisonettes. Project 142 Radlická is a home for the modern person who is looking for an original and modern home. On the lower floors of the building there are offices and administrative premises with an area of 995 m2. Offices are distinguished by unconventional design and excellent equipment. The administrative part of the house creates an acoustic and visual barrier. The apartments have French windows facing east and west with greenery on the slope. Apartments have layouts from 1 + kk to 4 + kk with an area of 30 - 170 m2.
