About the project
The development company chose a historic corner building at the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries for its Trojická project, which stands at the intersection of Troitska and Pod Slovany Streets in the Prague 2 - Nove Mesto district, near Charles Square. The house has undergone a complete internal reconstruction; the original cornices, decorated with natural motifs, figures of angels and decorative stucco moldings, have been preserved under the new facade. In addition to the existing 23 housing units, another 5 lavishly designed apartments, including maisonettes, form a modern superstructure with roof terraces offering beautiful views of historic Prague.
