About the project
The new residence Na hvězdárně Třebešín, developed by the development company JRD Development, is located on Malešická Street in the 10-Strasnice district of Prague. It consists of three new brick buildings with four and six above-ground floors and a total of 60 residential units with a layout of 1 + kk - 4 + kk with an area of 31 m2 - 115 m2. Each apartment has a terrace or balcony, the ground floor units have their own front gardens. The basement and garage are also accessories for every apartment in all three buildings, some apartments also have a parking space (67 parking spaces and 19 parking spaces).
The residential complex is separated from the environment and is locked and is only accessible to apartment owners in the area.
The entire residential complex uses elements of the starry sky - individual entrances to houses, for example, will be marked with images of the constellations of the zodiac. In the private park, which is part of the complex, there is a dome with binoculars and a map of the starry sky, and on the roof of the garden house there is a small private observatory.
The residence is designed to be energy efficient with low energy consumption, with particular attention being paid to the use of high quality functional materials and the prevention of heat leakage during construction.
