About the project
We present to you a development project for the construction of apartment buildings in the locality of Mýtka in Stará Boleslav - Brandýs nad Labem. This is a unique development project, which includes a large area of housing, and which consists of family houses, new apartment buildings and civic amenities.
Within the last part of the land intended for housing, a total of 33,760 m2 is defined for the construction of 12 apartment buildings with a total capacity of 278 apartments, 361 garage spaces and plenty of outdoor parking spaces and cellars. These apartment buildings will be built in two consecutive stages, which are separated by Všetatská Street.
The project offers modern living in contact with nature, in a family development, with good accessibility, beautiful views and its own pond for a quiet and relaxing atmosphere.
Overall, the city of Brandýs nad Labem - Stará Boleslav is an attractive location due to its proximity to Prague, just a few minutes from the shopping centers Černý Most. In addition, this location is a popular place for its abundance of historical monuments and in summer, thanks to the surrounding lakes, also a perfect place for swimming and water sports.
Transport accessibility is at a very good level. Suburban transport operates in the city within the PID and another indisputable advantage is the proximity of the R10 expressway, thanks to which the metro station "Černý Most" can be reached within ten minutes by car. The inhabitants of the city have a total of 17 bus lines of the 300 series, and there is also a night bus line.
