About the project
The Letna Residence is a renovated building from 1912 in Prague 7 - Bubenec. This house was designed by the builder Frantisek Schulz, whose initials are preserved above the entrance to the house. The facade of the house is formed by a symmetrical triaxial part, which forms a tower above the main entrance, which extends over a ledge. This created a very interesting project with geometric décor, both asymmetrical and symmetrical. The building with a very attractive and dynamic appearance is an interesting element in the existing development. The Prague Property Management project has a newly built lift.
Apartments:
The Letná residence house has a total of 18 residential units, in particular 17 apartments and one non-residential premises. The apartments have a layout of 1 + 1, 1 + kk - 3 + kk and a useful area from 37.8 m2 to 77.3 m2. They have balconies, cellars and are equipped with more than standard features.
