About the project
The new project of the Prague Real Estate Authority is an act called Rezidence U Dvou sov. Located in Prague 6 - Bubenec. The street connects Pod Kashtany Square and Letenskaya Square and retains its typical architectural style. The house was reconstructed in such a way that the decorative street façade was preserved, and individual historical elements of the building received a new layer in the form of an exact copy. The house has a brick structure. The corridors of the house have an original design. The staircase is made of stone with original stone fillings. The residence has a total of 15 residential units, two retail premises, a warehouse and a studio. On the ground floor there is a studio with an area of 50 m2 and a large warehouse with an area of 15.2 m2. On the other floors there are always two apartments 2 + kk, 1 x 3 + kk with an area of 44 - 88 m2. On the top floor there is a two-level apartment 4 + kk with an area of 140 m2. The floors are made of tread and ceramic tiles. Heating is handled by gas and electric boilers, and the water is also heated. Each apartment has a basement. Parking spaces are located at the house and in its surroundings.
