In Prague will be a new residential area instead of railway station

The area around Smichov railway station in Prague will be transformed into a new residential area with houses, shopping centers, parks, children's garden and a bus terminal, according to Property Investment Europe.

Convert the area around Smichov railway station in the Czech Republic will cost € 385 millions. Project will be built for 20 years by leading Czech private developer Sekyra. Now around Smichov railway station locate warehouses and railroad tracks.
