Czech real estate market revival

For the first time, since 2008, recorded growth in the number of transactions on the Czech real estate market. Compared to the first quarter of last year, the number of transactions increased by 10%.

In the first quarter of this year the number of land plots transactions increased by 22%, the number of transactions within newly built objects for various purposes has increased by 7%. Plots are usually purchased for further development. In this case, investors are planning to build residential properties, shopping centers, parking for cars. According to experts the decline of interest in housing market is due to the expectation of further falls in house prices by potential investors.
