Description
House is located on the west end side of Island Pašman, Adriatic sea, near the beach. House has 2 floors and each floor has self-standing apartment. On the ground floor you have living room, 2 bed-rooms, bathroom and kitchen + yard. On the first floor there is living room with kitchen, large bedroom (3-4 beds), bathroom and terrace with sea view toward Zadar and island Ugljen. In the yard there is a space for 2 cars. House is 30 years old and was partly renovated last year.
Island is very well-connected with ferry to Zadar and Biograd. Beaches are very beautiful and the nature is practically untouched. Also you can have some fun in local "konobas" fresh fish and specialties, and Zadar city is just short ferry ride away (20 min).From Zadar you have highway to EU countries.
Zadar has international airport!
