The pool is very nice, 35 sqm, with the sistem for counter-swimming, night lights and a massage sistem and it is situated on the back side of the villa, on the hidden part.
Location and nearby objects
The house is located above the main road in a quiet residential area and about 120 meters from the nearest pebble beach and the sea. Podstrana is a small coastal town located near Split only 15 minutes drive from the city center and a city noise.
In the past few years, Split has become one of the most popular tourist destinations in Croatia. It is an ancient city, famous for its UNESCO protected historical city center with many cultural and historical sights, the Marjan forest and beautiful sandy and pebbly beaches.
