Croatia has a decline in construction

In September 2013 an annual decline in construction by 2.9% was marked in Croatia, according to ee24.com citing hr.seebiz.eu.

The worst annual decline was reflected in the construction of residential real estate. Reduction in this sector was 4.1%.

The construction of new buildings took as much time as other objects. Construction of residential buildings took almost 37% of the working time, 60.4 % of the time was spent on the other objects.

Despite the year-to-year decline, the construction output in Croatia grew by 2.7% in September compared with August.
