About the project
The Zora residence is located on the beautiful Carmen Sylva promenade, which affords an irresistible view of the whole Bay of Kvarner. The location we have chosen is only a few minutes away from the town centre and all facilities indispensable for everyday life, while still characterised by peace and quiet. The project has been carefully planned together with office FAI.

The building
Zora residence is a multi-unit residential building consisting of 4 above ground and 2 underground stories. In the above ground part there are 22 residential units with areas ranging from 57 to 154 sq. meters. Most units have a spacious balcony or terrace, and condominiums on the ground floor have their private green gardens. The two underground storeys house 53 parking spaces and additional 4 parking spaces for disabled persons.
Materials
When choosing materials, we exclusively opted for the best materials available on the market. All materials feature appropriate international quality certificates. The building's construction is made of quality ferrocement, while the roof of the building is constructed as a combination of steep and flat roof.
Facilities
In the outer part of the building, we placed a spacious outdoor pool with an infinite open view of the Kvarner Bay. The pool complex is protected from prying eyes and affords a sense of privacy to all future owners during their stay in the pool.
