Villa is situated in typical narrow, stepped street in the heart of Cavtat Old Town. Villa dates back to the 17th Century and is protected as National Heritage. The highest standards of construction were implemented to create a luxury 5 bed, 5 bathroom property with all necessary modern construction, but maintaining the spirit of a 17th Century villa.
Villa can accomodate up to 10 people in its 5 luxuriously furnished bedrooms. All rooms have solid timber shutters, restored in the authentic style of the 17th Century and provide full black-out protection from daylight and ultimate privacy.
Villa offers indoor heated swimming pool with a waterfall and counter-flow swimming features. The pool is in a vaulted room and has surround sound music and multi-colouredlights within the pool itself.
The basement reveals a wine cellar filled with an impressive collection of Croatian wines.
Behind tall walls and typical Dubrovnik green timber double door is oasis of a cosygarden with two mature mandarin trees with incredibly flavoursomefruit, which provide natural shade to a large garden table. More mandarin and olive trees decorate the garden in terracotta pots, whilst aromatic rosemary and lavender circle tree bases.
