The concept
The total built-up area of ​​Modern Living Apartments is 3,588.55 sq.m. The building has 7 floors, designed by the leading architectural company Ivo Petrov Architects, and features optimal layouts in order to maximize the use of space and without too large common areas. The building has one, two and three bedroom apartments. The construction is skeletal-beamless of monolithic reinforced concrete with high quality HPL ventilated facade cladding, low emission glazing - German Rehau windows, high quality thermal insulation (stone wool 10 cm) and vapor barrier of the roof spaces. The building is equipped with an elevator from the underground garage to the terraced roof. The stairwells and corridors in the complex are made of granite, and the railings are made of metal and glass. Automatic lighting with sensors, ventilation system of the stairwells and local gas heating system are provided. Access to the underground garage, which is equipped with suction ventilation systems, is through an automatic door with a flying wing. Security in the complex is guaranteed by CCTV at the entrance, including the approach to the garage, as well as by an installed audio-visual system with a headset for each apartment. Access to the building is via chip cards.
